An important event took place in Lviv State Institution No. 19. One of the prisoners serving a life sentence dedicated his life to God and received water baptism.
According to church officials, Artyom (the prisoner’s name) very sincerely believed in God. For a long time, he regularly attended church services held in the institution by the Christian churches “New Life” (Pastor Mykhailo Dren) and “Vifezda” (Pastor Taras Kalivoshko) and once turned to the priest with the decision to be baptized.
The water baptism was performed by the pastor of the New Life Church (Boryslav), Mykhailo Dren.
